Description:

The traces are not captured when using .NET application, but same instrumentation is able to capture traces from java application.

Steps to Reproduce:

• The issue specific to the end user's application, so reproducer steps are not available.

Additional Info:

• Used port 4318 in Instrumentation CR (for OpenTelemetryCollector) when capturing traces for .NET application. The version of .NET is 8.
• When using opentelemetrygen to test is OpenTelemetryCollector is able to ingest traces on port 4317 and 4318, then it turned out to be fine and traces were visible in Jaeger UI.
• Multi Tenant architecture is in use here.
• Tested in lab environment using a sample .NET application, the traces were captured successfully.
