Let's document a recommended deployment example using Tempo with multi-tenancy + OTEL with RED metrics and k8s attributes.

We plan to move away from non-multitenant setups, so we can put this example here: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.17/observability/distr_tracing/distr_tracing_tempo/distr-tracing-tempo-installing.html#distr-tracing-tempo-install-tempostack-web-console_dist-tracing-tempo-installing

and either link to the otel example or ideally have both at the same place, ideally mostly copy&paste-able.

• replace minimal TempoStack with multi-tenant deployment on installation page
• possibly remove duplication (cli and web sections are almost identical)
• show how to setup the UI plugin
• add new section for OTEL collector (mandatory for multi-tenant deployments)
