Figure out Instrumentation language automatically

What is the nature and description of the request?

As of today, users need to add inject-{language} annotations, which could be inferred directly by the Instrumentation CR. This feature request is to remove the need of those annotations, so users don't need to unnecessarily add and maintain them.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

To ease Instrumentation configuration.

List any affected packages or components.
