Description of the issue:
OCP web console doesn't show the collector instance status in Installed Operators > Red Hat build of OpenTelemetry > All Instances / OpenTelemetry Collector. 

Steps to reproduce the issue:

• Install the Red Hat build of OpenTelemetry.
• Create a OpenTelemetry Collector in a namespace.
• Check the status from the OCP web console.
