Some feedback we have gotten on our tracing documentation is that it doesn't include any information about deploying a sample application to verify that the tracing installation is working as expected.

We should add something to the docs about how to deploy a sample application. Since we likely will not support an example application directly, we may need to point to a blog post or some sort of other community documentation.
