The dashboard should answer: 

• how much data is receiving per signal
• is there any data dropped 
• the dashboard should be per collector instance (CR) but it should be possible to figure out how much data each collector pod is receiving (e.g. to find out issue with client load balancing)
• optional: how much data per namespace is receiving 
• optional: how much data per tenant/exporter
• define next tasks if anything should be done in a follow-up task
