Description of the problem:

The checkbox to enable operator monitoring is not available during OpenTelemetry operator installation. 

The operator monitoring is not enabled even after adding label to the namespace in which the operator is installed.

  labels:
    openshift.io/cluster-monitoring: "true"

There is no servicemonitor created in the openshift-opentelemetry-operator namespace.

Additional notes:
The OpenTelemetry collector instance monitoring is working fine.
