jaeger 1.47.0-2 is not getting mirrored in disconnected cluster.

      jaeger 1.47.0-2 (latest version) is not getting mirrored in disconnected cluster and because of this jaeger is not getting installed.

      The operator hub tries to install jaeger 1.47.0-2 which is the latest version but for some reason this version is not mirrored, only older version jaeger-operator.v1.42.0-5 is mirrored

      Steps to reproduce:

      1) Install disconnected cluster.
      2) Mirror image to disconnected cluster.
      2) Install Jaeger manually from operator hub.
