Currently, the OpenSfhift documentation says you need to manually expose the port where the Prometheus exporters expose the metrics. This documentation was included for RHOSDT 2.9, based on OpenTelemetry Collector and Operator 0.81.0

This is no longer needed from OTEL Operator 0.82.0.
