Acceptance criteria:

• Sync rhosdt-0.0 with rhosdt-2.8, create rhosdt-2.9 branches
• Get honey badger MR merged with enabled delivery
• Produce builds for the 2.9 release, they might be faiing, but we should identify issues that will need to be solved.
