Document how to install a simple Tempo instance

      We need to document how to install a simple Tempo instance using the Tempo operator. A user should be able to use this documentation to install a Tempo instance that has a Jaeger UI dashboard they can access.

       

      Note: this issue is about the simple use case, additional jira's will need to be created to document the more advanced use cases.
