RBAC for distributed tracing data on OpenShift

What is the nature and description of the request?

On OpenShift users might want to see only subset of a trace that spans multiple namespaces - e.g. users might want to see spans only from namespaces they can access.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

Better security control for accessing tracing data.

List any affected packages or components.
