      RHOSDT product should support easy to configure multicluster deployment. In other words customers might have a number of edge cluster reporting trace data to a central cluster with OTEL and Jaeger deployment. 

       

      The solution should be preferably using OTLP as a reporting protocol and use OTEL collector in the "edge" cluster.
