During TRACING-2504, I noticed the sidecar-skip-webhook is not working as expected:

• One of the steps is overwritten by other files that are rendered
• There is one -error.yaml file with the same content than an -assert.yaml file with the same content. This makes the test fail if you are running it in a good performance environment
