Validation of Duration fields on Jaeger Query

As limit field is validated on frontend side the same behaviour should be used for other fields exactly the "Min Duration" and "Max Duration" fields.
Using the wrong min, max duration is validated on backend side resulting in error, which should be just filtered out on frontend.
