Integrate tracing components into BPMS/BRMS.

Some open questions/features:

• enable/disable tracing on demand
• enable/disable tracing per process/rule?
• should be the tracer exposed to the process/rule in some way?

Tracing integration should/could be generic - but there should be also a direct integration with Jaeger tracer.
