    Description

      Related to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSSM-214 and TRACING-1232.

      In OCP4.6 we will need to use a new mechanism to obtain the service CA.

      This change will need to be applied to 1.17 and 1.13 streams.

      An OCP4.5-rc1 cluster can be setup to test the change.
