Current behaviour

When reading the description of the APIcast extended metrics it is not clear whether that represents the time since the first byte of the client request was read until the last byte of the response was sent.

Expected behaviour

The description should contain the details regarding the origin variable the metric is based on which is that of the Nginx request time variable
