    Description

      Current state:
Our documentation states that the system-database secret should have the following URL:

      URL: "mysql2://\{DB_USER}:\{DB_PASSWORD}@\{DB_HOST}:\{DB_PORT}/\{DB_NAME}"

The same happens for zync database secret:

        DATABASE_URL: postgresql://<zync-db-user>:<zync-db-password>@<zync-db-host>:<zync-db-port>/zync_production

However there is no indication of what type of privileges the db user should have.

      Desired state:
Specify what type of privileges the db user should have in both system-database and zync-database chapters.
