In the installing guide, "Chapter 4. External Redis database configuration for high availability support in 3scale" needs to be reviewed

• IMO they should be a sub section of the "Chapter 2: Installing 3scale on OpenShift"
• The content itself should be reviewed as well. For instance, section "4.2.3. Migrating a non-HA deployment of 3scale to HA" should be in the migration guide
