Checking the APIManger CR annotations shows only minor version (2.13) NOT patch e.g. 2.13.1 or 2.13.2 or 2.13.3, in such case there is no options available to confirm if  running 3scale installation is using 2.13.1 or 2.13.2 or 2.13.3?

It will be good if APIManger CR annotations get updated with patch release as well.

Instead of:

annotations:
    apps.3scale.net/apimanager-threescale-version: '2.13'

It could be following for 2.13.3

annotations:
    apps.3scale.net/apimanager-threescale-version: '2.13.3'
