The 3scale-wasm-extension dependencies have not been updated since the inception. It is time to look into the dependency tree and figure out if it makes sense to upgrade to a newer version or if we are good with the current status.

We also use our own forks, instead of using the release version. Investigate if it is possible to migrate from these forks as well
