When sending extra long headers to Apicast the following error can occur:

client exceeded http2_max_field_size limit while processing HTTP/2 connection 

This issue is only happening when using http/2.

My expected error would be 
414 Request-URI Too Large
However, it doesn't happen and instead the connection is terminated without the appropriate error code.
