"Service plan" created in another "Product" is displayed in the service plan list

"Service Plan" created for "Product A" is also displayed in the service plan list for "Product B"

Steps to reproduce:
Enable Service Plan under Audience -> Account -> Usage Rules  then
1. Create product_1

2. Under product_1 create a new service plan called service_1

3. Create product_2

4. Under product_2 create a new service plan called service_2

5. Now go to Product -> product_1 -> Subscriptions -> Service Plans I can see both service_1  and service_2
