Use case:
3scale API Manager is deployed using 3scale Operator and uses embedded MySQL database.  Migrate the data from embedded MySQL to an external MySQL instance to retain the existing data. Then change the existing  3scale APIManager to use the external MySQL instance. This process is going to be done in both non-prod and prod environments.
