Improve WASM Documentation clarity

The current documentation for WASM can be too overwhelming for a customer that does not already have a deep understanding of how it should work. From an information standpoint, I think there is everything that the customer needs, but it is not structured correctly.

Let us take a second look and restructure the doc so that the customer has all the information for the simple use cases first and then the entire explanation later.
