      Description of problem:

      4.10 Console tests are failing because the operator they search for, "Red Hat Integration - 3scale - Managed Application Services", doesn't seem to exist in 4.10, causing the operator-install-single-namespace.spec.ts test to fail.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Spin up a 4.10 cluster
2. Run the console e2e OLM Integration tests

      Actual results:

      Within the Console OLM e2e integration the operator-install-single-namespace.spec.ts fails.

      Expected results:

      Console OLM e2e integration tests pass
