      The suspended tenant shows an incorrect message on on-prem 3scale(this message is relevant only for SaaS. See the screenshot below.

       

       

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a new tenant in the Master tenant
      2. Suspend created tenant
      3. Navigate to the tenant's admin portal
