DeveloperUser CRD Reference link and other links to GitHub docs not working on SaaS docs.

The document attributes need to be updated for SaaS and/or fixed in On-Prem so prevent issues when work in cherry-picked or when the branches are synced.

For example:

https://github.com/3scale/3scale-operator/blob/{ProductShortName}-{ProductVersion}-stable/doc/developeruser-reference.md

Search for:

{ProductShortName} and {ProductVersion} in URLs like the above. 

They need to be fixed so that the links render in SaaS
