Currently the 3scale WebAssembly module need to pass 3scale tokens as clear text in the spec configuration. Some customers are concerned that this is a security breach because they need to put the 3scale API token in clear text in the ServiceMeshExtension CR in their gitops repo.

So the purpose of this request is to allow ServiceMeshExtension CR referencing the Tokens using Secrets.
