Extended route configuration settings in APICast CRD

When using APICast CRD to configure the routes the only available option currently is the exposedHost field which will create an Ingress object in OpenShift which will create a Route.

For advanced configuration we want to be able to also configure:

• load balancing behaviour
• disable sticky sessions

which will result in the following annotations in the resulting Route object:

 haproxy.router.openshift.io/balance: leastconn   haproxy.router.openshift.io/disable_cookies: 'true'
