When using APICast CRD to configure the routes the only available option currently is the exposedHost field which will create an Ingress object in OpenShift which will create a Route.

For advanced configuration we want to be able to also configure:

• load balancing behaviour
• disable sticky sessions

which will result in the following annotations in the resulting Route object:
