The prerequisite should be project administrator access

The prerequisites of 2.3.2. Enabling audit logging is

You must have cluster administrator access on OpenShift.

It should be:

You must have project administrator access of your 3scale project.

or just remove the prerequisites because that is an implicit assumption in this document.
