Developer portal hidden sections are visible only to users within groups.  These sections need to be added to groups under Developer Portal > Groups > Edit (endpoint /p/admin/cms/groups/{id}/edit). Due to issue 836, sections cannot be added after group creation and they need to be added via edit group action. Currently, edit group action raise an Internal error (ActionView::Template::Error (Formtastic::UnknownActionError).  This issue is part of manual regression testing due to blocked automatization by issue 836
