Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

1. Go to an account invoices
2. Create a new invoice and go to the invoice edit page
3. Click Edit, and set an invalid year, e.g. "0002-12"
4. Click Update Invoice and see that the period was applied

Expected behavior: in step 4 a validation error must be shown (the same way as it currently shows for an invalid month)

The billing period can be changed manually on the invoice, and it is not validated properly, so the user can set an invalid year.
