    Description

      For the first release of the 3scale capabilities CRs, we'd like to have a banner displayed in the 3scale UI stating that if the object is created by a CR that the user should go and edit that object via the CR and not in the UI.

      Non-Goal
      Control the editing of the object based on it's creation by CR.
