The daily and billing cron job appear to be configurable - see https://github.com/3scale/porta/blob/3scale-2.12.0-GA/openshift/system/config/sidekiq_schedule.yml#L23-L37

but they are not.

Being in a .yaml gives the impression of being able to change them but you can't.

Users need to be able to

• disable billing
• change the schedule time
