This needs to be defined. It seems that there need to be differences between SaaS, mas, and on-prem quickstarts were never set up for that. For reference, see https://github.com/3scale/porta/pull/3042

What exactly needs to happen here?

Here is the current quickstart status

• Quickstart implementation is fully done.
• The feature is not visible in SaaS, because rolling update is off in SaaS
• The contents are valid for SaaS, not for RHOAM
• The docs team is writing new content for RHOAM
• Loading different content, depending on platform, is not implemented although it is doable. That is what should be defined here.
