The policy/v1beta1 API version of PodDisruptionBudget will no longer be served in v1.25. (OCP 4.12)

Update:

Unfortunately, in order to bump to policy/v1 we need to bump the k8s api (ideally v0.24.3), which requires a bump of client-go, which requires a bump of controller runtime, which requires a bump of the Grafana to v4.
The suggested solution is to do a bump of the above along with operator SDK (1.22 - highest with golang 1.17) bump

Note: We need to document the upgrade path for this version.
This version of the 3scale operator will only work with Grafana v4, therefore in order for monitoring to be functional the Grafana Operator needs to be upgraded to v4.

Note: Min OCP version 4.8

The PodDisruptionBudget API has been promoted to policy/v1 in kubernetes 1.21 (shipped in OCP 4.8)
