    Description

      It is not possible to set the APIcast pod timezone using the 3scale APIManager Operator.

      It would be nice to have the TZ environment variable added to the ones handled by the APIManager CRD.

      e.g.

  apicast:
    productionSpec:
      timezone: Europe/Dublin
    stagingSpec:
      timezone: Europe/Dublin
