Operator driven backup doesn't work with cluster wide operator deployment

Backup made by creating APIManagerBackup resource fails as created job reports:

Error creating: pods "backup-cfgmaps-secrets-0ec905a7-df56-47dc-9b77-98667ed13d56-" is forbidden: error looking up service account 3scale-mg/3scale-operator: serviceaccount "3scale-operator" not found

3scale-operator serviceaccount is not located in 'local' namespace but rather in 'cluster-wide' openshift-operators namespace.
