Which jobs could be permanently lost from Redis if the backup is not restored?

I have a case that the customer wants to know what would be the consequence if the system-redis/backend-redis backups were lost or were older than the rest of the backups. Can you list each job that could be permanently lost from Redis if the backup is not restore?

Once we have the jobs list I will open a task so that our official documentation is updated with this information.
