Search in on prem doesn't work for records older than 24 hours

    Description

      The search of products/backends/accounts doesn't work for products older than 24 hours.  Newly created resources are searchable. The system provider and sphinx logs show no error message.

      To avoid the issue, one has to use persistent storage. On the system side, we could probably trigger full reindexing on pod restart, but that probably doesn't make sense. If customers have a lot of data, it will be slow. On the other hand, with persistent storage, there is a risk of stale entries, which is not a functional issue, rather at some point it may eat pod RAM unnecessarily. But we may have instructions about re-creating the indices.
      So first we need a clear decision how to fix and then figure out specific tasks.
