The template-based deployment option is in its final release and so we should do the following in the documentation:

      1. Remove the template install guide
      2. Add a Note to the top of the upgrade guide advising customers that as this is the last supported release with the template that they have the following 2 options in their next upgrade path:
      3. Upgrade the template from 2.11 to 2.12 then at some later date migrate from template to operator-based deployment
      4. Migrate from template to operator on 2.11 then upgrade the operator-based deployment from 2.11 to 2.12

The purpose of this is to ensure customers are aware this is the last release with templates and they need to migrate to an operator-based deployment very soon and they have 2 different ways they can do that and choose either strategy according to their needs. It also ensures that we don't encourage any new customers to install this latest release with the template and there is no impact to existing customers by removing the template install guide.
