1. Create internal section in developer portal (Non public)
2. Go to groups
3. Create new group -> Allowed sections: internal
4. Make sure that section is checked
5. Click on create button
6. Allowed groups are empty

When creating Group in the developer portal with allowed section, the section is not selected after creation and it needs to be manually updated afterwards.

This issue can be reproduced on ER-2, we did not encountered on it sooner because we have been updating already existing group.
