Update the procedure for Importing discovered services

The current procedure appears to be outdated. The update should be something like the following:

1. Go to the Dashboard in the Admin Portal.
2. Under the APIs section, click Create Product in the Products card.
3. Click the option Import from Openshift.
5. Click on Create Product.
