The signup form for SaaS contains a few visual validation issues. These issues do not affect the functionality of the form, they affect only visual page representation.

I detected two cases:

1. when an invalid email address is entered 
   
2. When the `Sign up` button is pressed 
   

Another issue is that input of the Email field used to send a validation request to a third-party software (mailgun), and this integration is not working anymore. This does not prevent users to submit the form though.
