No developer portal in master tenant

    Description

      Is there any reason to have Developer portal editor in Master Tenant?
      I think link to developer portal from Master tenant should be removed, please see attached screenshot.

          Bug - A problem that impairs or prevents the functions of the product. THREESCALE-899 Remove dev portal settings from master tenant (as it doesn't have a dev portal)
