The Operator Application Capabilities is currently a Tech Preview feature but having complete Backup and Restore procedures is important for customers using it. Otherwise, the reconciliation process could result in data loss or inconsistencies.

Documentation needs to be updated to include the need of copying the CRs in the origin namespace into the destination one.
