When configuring SSO integration for developer portal authentication, there is a checkbox that publishes the integration directly from the initial configuration screen. For RHSSO and Auth0 this works, but when setting up GitHub integration, this checkbox is configured. It is perfectly possible to publish the integration afterwards though.
