Apicast gateway log is not verbose enough when THREESCALE_PORTAL_ENDPOINT is set incorrectly

      The log says, that gateway failed to start due to missing config (correct), but it fails to inform why it wasn't able to get it.
      This happens when you provide incorrect Provider API key, or simply incorrect 3scale address
